Summary:PURPOSE:To surely protect the contamination of a condensing lens due to scattering powder at a low cost at high speed machining in the machine to execute the laser beam machining having a large machining in the machine to cutting, etc. CONSTITUTION:In the machine, which undertakes machining with condensing laser beam on an object to be machined by a condensing lens 5a, a film 6 to transmit a laser beam 2 is placed between the condensing lens 5 and a object to be machined. Reels 7, 8 to execute winding/unwinding of the film 6 are provide, also, a gas nozzle 10 directed at the machining position of object to be machined is provided. Also, in place of the gas nozzle, a mask is provided at opposite side to the moving direction of film against the laser beam transmitting position.
