Summary:PURPOSE:To automate mooring work by improvement in a mooring device constituted in such a way as to deliver a mooring rope by a swing arm. CONSTITUTION:A mooring rope delivery device is provided with an arm 5 mounted in the turnable state to a ship 1 through an arm column 6 and also fitted oscillatingly to the arm column 6; a rope fitting hook fitted to the tip part of the arm 5; a mooring rope 4 locked to the rope fitting hook by eye splice; and a mooring winch 3 for winding the mooring rope 4. A turning drive motor for swinging the arm 5 is fitted to the arm column 6, then a power drive cylinder for oscillating the fitting arm 6 is interposed between the arm 5 and the arm column 6, and a rotating drive motor 29 for the mooring winch 3 is mounted on the mooring winch 3. The turning drive motor, power drive cylinder and rotating drive motor 29 are all controlled by remote operation so as to automate work to be done on a deck in association with the delivery of the mooring rope 4, thus enabling unmanned operation.
