Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a safe and stable oil-in-water cram excellent in functionality, capable of forming consolidated cream base even without requiring any surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The cream base can be obtained by emulsifying with a microfluidizer a prescription comprising (A) a colloidal hydrous silicate and a polyethylene glycol 1000-10000 in average molecular weight. It is more preferable that this base be incorporated with crystalline cellulose.
