Summary:PURPOSE:To rapidly and properly perform reduction of driving torque by delaying an ignition timing in response to a target delay angle quantity based on the peripheral speed of driving wheels and running speed of a vehicle when the actual driving torque is decreased independently of the operation of a driver so that the target driving torque may be obtained. CONSTITUTION:Pressure in the pressure chamber of an actuator 47 becomes a negative pressure equal to the pressure inside a vacuum tank 54 and thereby a control pole 49 is raised up when respective duty ratios of a plural number of solenoid valves 57, 61, are 100%. As a result, a throttle valve 34 is closed in no relation to a stepping-in quantity of an acceleration pedal 40, and then driving torque of an internal combustion engine 11 is forcibly decreased. A target drive torque is set by a TCL 75 based on the peripheral speeds of respective driving wheels 15, 16 detected by respective sensors 77, 78, etc. The respective solenoid valve 57, 61 are controlled to produce a target driving torque, by an ECU 28. In this case, the ignition timing of an ignition plug 66 is delayed in response to a smaller value out of the respective peripheral speeds and the target delay angle quantity set based on the running speed of a vehicle.
