Summary: | PURPOSE:To set a dioxin concentration to an expected value of a guide line of the Ministry of Health and Welfare by removing Cl2 gas or HCl gas becoming a cause of generating the dioxin in a burning step by using calcium of a special value. CONSTITUTION:Combustible material 1 containing chlorine is conveyed from under a banker 3 to a feeder 4, and supplied to a circulation fluidized layer boiler combustor 5 by compressed air. Limestone 6 containing calcium corresponding to 2.5 or more by a molar ratio to a total amount of half of chlorine and sulfur contained in the material 1 together with calcium content contained in the material 1 is charged in the combustor 5. The material is burned in the combustor 5, generated HCl gas is reacted with a surface layer of CaO to be formed from limestone particles, the sulfur is reacted with the surface layer of the CaO, and a CaCl2 layer, a CaSO4 layer are formed in the surface layer of unreacted core. Thus, even in the material containing the chlorine can be so set that an outlet dioxin concentration of a bag filter is set to 0.5 ngTEQ/Nm or less. |
