PURPOSE:To provide a release sheet for a process excellent in gloss and adhesive properties between a peel ply and a support. CONSTITUTION:Each coated layer surface of a synthetic resin film coated with a peel ply mainly comprising an electron radiation curing silicone resin and a support coated with an anchor layer using an electron radiation curing resin as a main component is superposed mutually and cured through the irradiation of electron rays, thus obtaining a release sheet for processes in which the upper section of the support is coated with the anchor layer acquired by peeling this synthetic resin film itself and the peel ply successively, and manufacture thereof. Accordingly, the release sheet for processes in which not only a surface having high gloss is formed by transferring the surface of the synthetic resin film but also the peel ply is difficult to fall by the effect of the anchor layer and peel strength at every repeated usage is stabilized.
