Summary: | PURPOSE:To provide a controller in which reliability is improved by reducing a thermal stress to a circumferential component by suppressing heat generation of a copper bar of a mounting component of a line in which a large current of a power system circuit flows. CONSTITUTION:A heat sink 9 is provided in a section in which copper bars 2A, 4A, 8A for electrically wiring between various control elements TM, DF1, MF, MR mounted on a board 1 are electrically insulated but thermally connected and superposed to each other, and connected to the board 1. Heats generated at the bars 2A,... are simultaneously released to the board 2, and temperatures of the bars 2A,... are suppressed to a temperature of the generated heat due to copper loss to prevent a rise of inner gas. |
