Summary:PURPOSE:To conduct a smooth anti-skid control without vigorously increasing/ decreasing a braking force by switching a method for controlling an electric motor from a torque control to a number-of-revolution control at the time of the anti-skid control and continuously varying a regeneratively braking force to be applied to wheels. CONSTITUTION:A vehicle controller 20 operates a slip ratio, and judges a skid state of a wheel 11 according to whether the ratio is a predetermined value or less than the value. When the wheel 11 falls in a skid state, the controller 20 so controls a motor controller 30 that the controller 30 directly controls an electric motor 10 by switching the motor from a number-of-revolution control to a torque control. Accordingly, a regeneratively braking force to be applied to the wheel 11 is continuously varied to conduct an anti-skid control. Thus, a smooth anti-skid control can be conducted without vigorously increasing/ decreasing the braking force.
