Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a diluted solution which has properties identical those of normal human blood serum, can be used to compute the GAT concentration in a specimen with no complex computation involved, and also can dilute the specimen down to a extremely lower level of GAT concentration, and also provide an immunological measuring method using the aforesaid diluted solution. CONSTITUTION:Normal human blood serum is heat-treated, and the concentration of human originated galactose transfering enzyme(GAT) related to cancer is regulated to be substantially zero to obtain the diluted specimen solution, and this immunological measuring method is an immunological measurement method for human originated galactose transfering enzyme related to cancer using the aforesaid diluted solution.
