Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of return regulating structure in a rocker arm interlocking with a shift pedal. CONSTITUTION:An end part of the body inward side of a speed setting level 11 is extended up to a rocker arm 16 which is installed in the same shaft center as a rocking shaft center of this speed setting lever 11 and set up the more body inward side than a friction holding mechanism to be installed beneath a driver's seat, and this extension part 11b is made up of using a regulating pin for return regulation of the rocker arm 16 in combination.
