Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a flat cable as low as possible. CONSTITUTION:As a conductor inside of a flat cable 7, a conductor 2 coated with insulating film, which has a round cross section, is used, and even in the case where the pressure is generated between wires wound around of a bobbin, deformation such as torsion with the generation of the pressure is hard to be generated due to the round cross section. Furthermore, even in the case where a fine deformation is generated, since the conductor 2 is coated with the insulating film, conductors adjacent to each other are insulated surely by the insulating film, though a space between the conductors with the deformation can not be obtained surely. Irregular winding is therefor used at the time of winding the conductor 2 coated with insulating film around of a bobbin, and an equipment provided with a complex mechanism is not required to reduce a manufacturing cost of a flat cable 7.
