Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a damping structural body effective by applying to a press structure of a vibration proofing washer, an oil pan for an automobile and a buffle plate. CONSTITUTION:By using a material b1 made by forming a rubber viscous-elastic layer 2 on one surface (or both surfaces) of a metal plate 1, two pieces of this material are set opposite to each other by the rubber viscous-elastic layer 2 and adhered with an adhesive layer 3 and a laminated body a1 is made, and by providing a rectangular cutout opening 5 to fit a cut and raised claw piece on the material b1 of the lower layer by way of providing the rectangular cut and raised claw pieces 4 on the material b1 and the laminated body a1 and by accumulating the material b1, the laminated body a1 and the material b1 in order, they are integrally joined by point joining by the claw pieces 4. Consequently, it is possible to provide a vibration damping effect by rubber viscoelasticity, a vibrational energy absorption effect by sliding friction and a vibration damping effect by extension and complication of a vibration transmission channel.
