Summary:PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of radiation and to control the radiation safely by intentionaly generating cracks without damaging quality at the specified position of a concrete structure, and arranging the radiation crack generating member at this position. CONSTITUTION:Crack generating members 4a and 4b are provided at the inside and the outside of the specified position of a wall 3 of a concrete structure. Both crack generating members 4a and 4b extend toward the inside of the wall 3 from the outer surface of the wall 3 and are arranged so that the tips are separated at intervals so as to face each other. Both crack generating members 4a and 4b are deviated and arranged at a distancce L in the horizontal direction so that a radiation source 2 is not directly observed through the generated cracks.
