Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce construction cost, by constructing mutually superposed houses at least at the upper and lower sides of apartment houses to make equal in both plans of plan and elevation. CONSTITUTION:Standardized apartment houses to be constructed are divided to a first, second, and third working areas. The construction in respective working areas is carried out in turn while shifting later respectively. The pane plans in respective floors are constituted of three plans, that is, A type house, B type house, and C type house. The three type houses 3a, 3b, 3c superposed at the upper and lower sides in the plan are stacked in whole floors construction. And further, the same structural utilities in every kitchen, bath room, and toilet of respective houses 3a, 3b, 3c are adopted.
