Summary: | PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate non-contact three-dimensional measurement by omitting the mechanical adjustment of the attaching position of a two-dimensional imaging sensor. CONSTITUTION:The spot lights P1a, P1b, P2a, P2b for mark points applied to two points on the surface of a solid 3 are photographed in two directions by two-dimensional imaging sensors 8a, 8b and, from the difference between both sensors 8a, 8b of the position data of both spot light P1a, P2a or P1b, P2b on the imaging surfaces of both sensors 8a, 8b, the shift of the two-dimensional coordinate axes on the imaging surfaces of both sensors 8a, 8b is detected. The correction values of the other coordinate axes of both sensors 8a, 8b wherein the coordinate axes of both sensors 8a, 8b coincide each other are corrected on the basis of the coordinate axis of on of both sensors 8a, 8b and the other position data of both sensors 8a, 8b are corrected on the basis of the corrected values to operate and correct the shift of the coordinate axes of both sensors. |
