PURPOSE:To provide a damping structure which is constituted to provide a sufficient vibration cut-off effect and solid propagation sound cut-off effect and execute maintenance to suppress lowering of the function. CONSTITUTION:A floor slab B on which a track being a vibration generating source is placed is supported by an inner column 12 and a lower layer body is supported by an outer column 13, and the floor slab B and the lower layer body are respectively independently supported. A gap between the inner and outer columns 12 and 13 is filled with a cushioning medium D. The upper part of a foundation pile 18 to support a column 14 forms a double structure part 21 comprising outer and inner piles 19 and 20 and a gap between the outer and inner piles 19 and 20 is filled with the cushioning medium D.
