Summary:PURPOSE:To dispose a plurality of slip rings in a small space by providing a plurality of slip rings coaxially with a steering shaft while providing a plurality of contact pieces approximately parallel to the steering shaft to electrically connect respective contact parts to the lower ends of the respective slip rings. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of neary cylindrical slip rings 31a, 31b, 31c and 31d having diametrical dimensions different from each other are insert molded in a disk part 22 of a boss cover 15 of a steering wheel body to be mounted concentrically with the cylindrical part 21 of the boss cover 15. Contact parts 42 formed on the upper ends of respective cylindrical contact pieces 41 elastically abut against the slide contact parts 35 of the respective slip rings 31a-31d to be electrically connected thereto. Horn switch mechanism or the like is electrically connected to a power supply device and horn device or the like. Then, since the respective slip rings 31a-31d are cylindrical, the diametrical dimension can be reduced to the thickness of plates thereof and a plurality of slip rings can be disposed concentrically.
