CONSTITUTION:In a method for artificially culturing Agrocybe cylindracea by packing a culture medium 12 into a culture bottle 10, inoculating spawn 18 into the culture medium, culturing, germinating a fruit body from a mushroom bed surface and culturing, when a mushroom is germinated from the mushroom bed surface, the germination zone is limited to the central part of the mushroom bed surface to grow the fruit body, a foot part of the fruit body having grown from the germinating zone is pushed from the outside by a guide cylinder part 22b to grow the fruit body in a stock state.
