Summary: | PURPOSE:To form tubular woven fabric resistant to slippage by external force by applying and bonding a flexible tube or tape having tackiness on one surface to coarse tubular woven fabric simultaneously with or immediately after waveing, thereby fixing the woven mesh of the fabric. CONSTITUTION:A flexible tube 7 having tackiness on the outer surface is fit on the outer circumference of a core 6 having a nearly circular cross section and arranged at the center of a ring-shaped loom or a tape sheet material having tackiness on one surface is arranged in a sate to direct the tacky adhesive face outward. Coarse tubular woven fabric 5 having coarse yarn and/or weft mesh openings and a coating layer on the inner surface is woven by warps 2 arranged in a ring form on the surface of the core 5 and a spirally arranged warp 4 while shifting the tube 7 or the sheet material in the axial direction of the loom. As an alternative method, tubular woven fabric 5 having coating layers on inner and outer surfaces is formed by winding the tape or sheet material having tackiness on one surface around the tubular fabric 5 fitting to the core 6. |
