Summary:PURPOSE:To enhance the efficiency of a series of construction works by a method wherein lining work is applied to a main pipe in a ground embedded state and a through-hole is provided to the main pipe at the place corresponding to a branch pipe by a drilling device and, after one end of the main pipe is brought to a live wire state, the sealing work of the periphery of the through-hole is performed at every branch pipe by the excavating work of the embedding part of the branch pipe. CONSTITUTION:Both end parts of a regenerable and repairable part are partially cut and removed and, next, a plastic tube 7 is provided in the regenerable and repairable part so as to extend over the total length thereof and expanded to be fitted to the inner peripheral surface of a main pipe 1 to regenerate the main pipe 1 and through-holes 7a for allowing branch pipes 2 to be opened are provided to the places corresponding to the branch pipes of the plastic tube 7 by a drilling device 9 over the total length of the regenerable and repairable part. Thereafter, the pipeline containing all of the branch pipes is brought to an one end live wire state and the excavating work digging up the embedded parts of the branch pipes 2 to form excavated holes for sealing work and the sealing work sealing the peripheries of the branch pipes 7a by utilizing the excavated holes are performed at every branch pipes.
