Summary:PURPOSE:To deal with recognition information of a character handwritten or printing by OCR in the same way as key operation input from a keyboard device and to input image information together. CONSTITUTION:When a marker recognition part 11 recognizes a special mark from information which an information input part 4 inputs, an information segment part 12 segments input information into a part being a character recognition object and the other part which is not the character recognition part based on the special mark. An input information recognition part 5 recognizes the character only against information of the part being the character recognition object. A keyboard operation code is generated from the recognition code and a keyboard signal is generated so as to output them to a system device 3. On the other hand, image information on the part which is not the character recognition object is outputted from an image data output part 13 to the system device 3.
