Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a rear wheel cushion unit for motorcycle by increasing the initial load of the coil spring of the rear wheel cushion unit for motorcycle at starting only to reduce a sink of the rear wheel to prevent a rise of a front wheel. CONSTITUTION:The one end of a coil spring 8 of a cushion unit 5 for rear wheel is held by a cylinder 10 of a ring type air chamber 9, compressed air is fed to the air chamber 9 before starting to compress the coil spring 8, and the compressed air in the air chamber 9 is released from a relief valve to return the coil spring 8 to a set position.
