Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a carpet which can be utilized throughout a year by binding a basic cloth for providing cool feelings in the rear surface and using it for the face in summer. CONSTITUTION:The right side of a first basic cloth 32 has a pile in which a yarn 31 stands close together, and a second basic cloth 34 is fixedly bonded in the other surface by a bonding agent 33. Further, a third basic cloth 35 is bonded in the opposite surface of the second basic cloth 34 with a bonding agent of heat resistance. The opposite surface has a nonwoven fablic cloth made up of, for instance, spun pond, a cotton cloth having excellent water absorption power, a mat or a tatami facing. In the case where a cover with such constitution is used by placing in the upper surface of a heater unit, the surface which is formed of a loop pile is used for the face in winter and the third basic cloth is placed in the face in summer to utilize it for an interior carpet. Therefore, since it can be used throughout a year, it is unnecessary to secure a space for storage. Further, a heat insulating member may be provided between the first basic cloth and the second basic cloth or between the second basic cloth and the third basic cloth.
