Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain a curable compsn. excellent in dispersion stability, adhesiveness and mechanical properties by compounding a specific polymer with a specific polyether. CONSTITUTION:This curable compsn. is prepd. by compounding a polymer which is obtd. by polymerizing a polymerizable unsatd. monomer (e.g. glycidyl methacrylate and acrylonitrile) in the presence of a polyether having a polymerizable unsatd. group or pref. both of a polymerizable unsatd. group and a reactive silyl group (e.g. one obtd. by polymerizing propylene oxide using diethylene glycol as the initiator, converting the terminal hydroxyl groups of the resulting polyoxypropylene diol into allyl groups, and reacting the resulting allyl-terminated polyoxyalkylene compd. with methyldimethoxysilane to convert 50% of the allyl groups into methyldimethoxysilyl groups) with a polyether which has on average at least one reactive silyl group in the molecule (e.g. one obtd. by converting 100% of the allyl group of the above allyl-terminated polyoxyalkylene compd. into methyldimethoxysilyl groups).
