Summary:PURPOSE:To improve a human interface in order to quickly correspond to a traffic situation by displaying information related with the traffic situation at a monitoring spot and in the vicinity or it by a graphic symbol or a graph. CONSTITUTION:A screen display control part 13 switches the videos of monitoring cameras 10 installed at the plural monitoring spots at every fixed time, and successively displays them on displays 6a-6d. At that time, the traffic information transmitted from each kind of sensor at the spot monitored by the switched TV camera 10 for monitor or in the vicinity of it is displayed along with the video of the TV camera 10 for monitor on the displays 6a-6d by the graphic symbol or the graph. Thus, the traffic situation at the spot monitored by the TV camera 10 for monitor or in the vicinity of it can be broadly grasped and the traffic control can be attained by corresponding to the traffic situation while observing the video transmitted from the TV camera 10 for monitor.
