Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a rotation stopping mechanism capable of stopping a turning shaft at various turning angles in addition to that of more than one rotation. CONSTITUTION:This mechanism is provided with a turning shaft 70 rotable in an outer cylinder 72, a groove 74 formed on a surface of this tuning shaft 70 as extending over a part in the circumferential direction, a slider 76 inserted slidably in space between an inner surface of the outer cylinder 72 and a surface of the groove 74, and a stopper 77 being installed tight in the outer cylinder 72 and touchably installed in this slider 76, respectively. With suchlike constitution, a tuning angle in this turning shaft 70 comes to one that is added with an angle where the groove 74 is formed at 360 deg..
