Summary:PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition containing a granulated material of specific bleaching activating agent, hydrogen peroxide or a peroxide, a surfactant and a carboxylic acid (salt) in specific ratio, having rapid dissolving rate under washing conditions of a low temperature and weak stirring, and being excellent in storage stability. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains (A) 1-30wt.% granulated material of bleaching activating agent containing (i) 10-85wt.% bleaching activating agent, (ii) 1-30wt.% water-soluble organic binder (preferably polyethylene glycol), (iii) 1-10wt.% anionic surfactant (preferably straight-chain alkylbenzenesulfonic acid salt) and (iv) 5-50wt.% <=6C carboxylic acid and/or its salt (preferably citric acid), (B) 1-40wt.% hydrogen peroxide or a peroxide capable of generating hydrogen peroxide in an aqueous solution, (C) 8-35wt.% surfactant and (D) <=6C carboxylic acid other than the component A and/or its salt. In the composition, total amount of the component (iv) and the component D is 0.5-10wt.% and weight ratio of the components, D is (1/50) to (1/1).
