PURPOSE:To perform effective filling of the fitting-in part of a screw coupling part with sealant with high workability even when a working space is hardly formed on the periphery of a piping. CONSTITUTION:When a sealant S applied to the peripheral part of a first screw coupling part 3 is pressed in the screw fitting-in part 3a of the screw coupling part 3 for filling so as to seal the screw coupling part 3, a reaction force receiving wall 6 is formed in a position, separated from the end face of the female screw part 2f of the screw coupling part 3 to the outside of the female screw part 2f, throughout the whole periphery of a pipe. A resilient substance 4 having width longer than the separation distance therebetween is wound throughout the whole of a pipe between the end face of the female screw part 2f and the reaction force receiving wall 6, and the resilient substance 4 is fastened. This method causes effective filling of the screw fitting-in part 3a with the sealant S with high workability.
