PURPOSE:To provide sufficient presence feeling to a worker by suspending the stereoscopic video image display device with a cord having an elastic body generating a predetermined tension and a function relaxing a moment load. CONSTITUTION:The stereoscopic video image display device 1 is suspended by a cord 4 provided with an elastic body 5 for generating a predetermined tension installed to a supporting point 3 and a pulley 2 being a function relaxing a moment load of the stereoscopic video image display device 1. The pulley 2 relaxes a load to the stereoscopic video image display device 1 with respect to a horizontal turning. The cord 4 is wound on a device using the elastic body 5 or extracted from the device. A tension generated by the elastic body 5 is set equal to a weight of the stereoscopic video image display device 1. Thus, the weight load, a moment load by a tilt and an inertia load of the stereoscopic video image display device 1 are relaxed. Thus, the stereoscopic video image display device 1 is mounted to the head of the worker without giving a hindrance to an optional head shaking of the worker.
