Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a circularly polarized wave antenna to be easily miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric waveguide 2 is composed of a dielectric 3 for waveguide formed in the shape of a rectangular parallelo-piped, electrode 4 covering the surface of the dielectric 3 for waveguide while remaining one face 3a, and electrode 5 provided with a rectangular slot 5a. A pair of electrodes 6 and 7 for non-exciting dipole are provided on the face 3a exposed by the slot 5a. The electrodes 6 and 7 for non-exciting dipole form the non-exciting dipole while being made adjacent. A dielectric 10 for matching is formed in the shape of a plane and joined to the surface of the electrode 5.
