Summary:PURPOSE:To cope with the case that voltage other than rated voltage is applied to a motor provided on a submergible pump, with simple operation. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire 42 connected to a feeder terminal and a tap terminal of a motor is also connected to a bolt 41a composing a terminal 41 of a terminal block 40. A switching plate 60 is installed on the terminal block 40, which plate 60 has conductive pieces 62 and 63 for electrically connecting the terminals 41 with each other. The switching plate 60 is installed even in a difference mode in respect to the terminal block 40. In that case, the connection condition between the terminals 41 is varied through the conductive pieces 62 and 63 of the switching plate 60.
