Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a co-extruded composite film having high rigidity, capable of being used suitably for packaging foods that require boil sterilization treatment. CONSTITUTION:A co-extruded composite film has a polycarbonate resin layer as the outermost layer, a sealable resin layer as the innermost layer, a barrier- properties resin layer comprising a polyamide resin layer, or a polyamide resin and an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer saponified substance layer, as an intermediate layer, and a polyolefin-based adherent resin layer between the outermost layer and the intermediate layer and between the innermost layer and the intermediate layer. Thereby, the composite film is excellent in gloss, transparency, label adhesion, pinhole resistance, etc., and can be used for packaging foods and the like that require boil sterilization treatment.
