Summary:PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor converter less in malfunction by reconsidering the wiring pattern of a drive circuit board used for a semiconductor converter. CONSTITUTION:For the drive circuit board 5 provided in a semiconductor converter, each independent wiring patterns 11-13 to individual drive circuits 14-16 and a common wiring pattern 31 to individual dive circuits 34-36 are formed, integrally including terminal parts to connect with connection leads, on the surface 5a side of the drive circuit board 5. Hereby, the malfunction of the drive circuit caused by the noise current of high frequency circulating through a parasitic capacitor is prevented by making the value of this parasitic capacitor made between each wiring pattern and the next extremely small.
