Summary: | PURPOSE:To perform efficient torque distribution control between lateral wheels by transferring the required quantity of torque on one side to the other side during normal travel, and releasing the engagement of both torque mechanisms in the case of failing to realize driving force transmission in the desired direction whereas selecting transmission mechanism on the reversed side of the transmission direction in the case of realizing driving force transmission in the desired direction to perform driving force control. CONSTITUTION:Torque transmission control mechanism 9 is formed of a pair of speed change mechanism 30 capable of outputting after converting the rotating speed of one of lateral rotating wheels at a fixed change gear ratio, and a pair of transmission capacity variable control type torque transmission mechanism 12 for transmitting driving force between the other rotating shaft side and the output part side of the speed change mechanism 30. When the rotating speed ratio of the lateral wheels 15, 16 becomes larger than the boundary value, a control means 18 releases both torque transmission means 9, 12 in the case of failing to realize driving force transmission in the desired direction. In the case of realizing driving force transmission in the desired direction, the control means 18 selects the torque transmission mechanism on the reversed side of the driving force transmission direction to perform driving force control. |
