Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the size and weigt of the whole device by preparing a section for executing both of heating and cooling in an air passage requiring humidity control and removing/applying humidity in the section. CONSTITUTION:Air sucked from a chamber 1 by a pump 2 is temporarily stayed in a humidity control chamber 3. In the case of applying humidity, moisture 13 (hatching part) is supplied from a water tank 4 to the chamber 3 through a valve 6, and when a thermoelectric element 5 is operated in a heating mode, moisture 13 in the chamber 3 is evaporated and the air in the chamber 3 is humidified. The humidified air is returned to the chamber 1 through a valve 15. On the other hand, in the case of removing humidity, the element 5 is operated in a cooling mode, so that moisture in the air is dew-condensed and the dew-condensed moisture is returned to the tank 4 through a valve 14 to recover the moisture. Thus the air from which moisture is removed is returned to the chamber 1 through a valve 16.
