Summary:PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a hardware by time-sharing the train detection signal to be used in respective track circuits, so that ATC information can be continuously applied to the track circuit where a train has been detected until the train goes out therefrom. CONSTITUTION:Each of the track circuits T1 to T5 that have been formed by partitioning a rail R into prescribed lengths is provided with an amplification circuit as a means for applying a track circuit identification signal (T1 information) and a train control signal (ATC information). Further, each of the track circuits T1 to T5 is provided with a changeover means 10, and when a receiver b1 being a train detecting means detects the entry of a train into the track circuit T1, instead of the T1 information heretofore, the changeover means 10 continuously applies ATC information until the train goes out from the track circuit T1. When the train has gone out from the track circuit T1, the applying means again applies time-shearingly the track circuit identification information (T1 information) to the rail R by the changeover means 10.
