Summary:PURPOSE:To selectively adsorb antilipid antibodies substantially without losing effective components in body fluids, by fixing a compound with an anionic functional group to a water-insoluble porous body. CONSTITUTION:An adsorbent of antilipid antibodies is prepared by fixing a compound with an anionic functional group to a water-insoluble porous body. The anionic functional group may be any one or more of the following: sulfate group, sulfonate group, thiol group and phosphate group. The water-insoluble porous body is a compound with a hydroxyl group.
