Summary:PURPOSE:To satisfactorily decolorize a colored waste water without using a decolorant such as bleaching agent contg. chlorine component, e.g. sodium hypochlorite. CONSTITUTION:After discharge waste water is at once subjected to solid-liq. separation treatment by neutralization treating and aeration treating and so on, an inorg. salt based flocculant and a small amt. of a cationic high molecular flocculant are added to the waste water after separation treatment and the result is stirred, and the colored waste water is decolorized by flocculating and setting the coloring material contained in the waste water in a decorization treatment of a colored waste water.
