Summary:PURPOSE:To easily operate a device by providing a multiwindow function and storing the terminal use forms of a user and selecting them by an icon one touch means to automatically execute the registered operations. CONSTITUTION:In the communication conference device which is provided with the multiwindow function and serves the user with an audio-graphic conference based on voice and documents, operations frequently performed by the user are stored in a memory part 17. Icons of individual functions are displayed on the display device of a display part 11, and these icons are pointed to select three modes, namely, the personal mode, the beginner mode, and the communication mode indicated by icons. When the personal mode is selected, set contents peculiar to the user, for example, register names registered by the user such as bands of voice information and use forms of voice communication, facsimile communication, etc., are displayed on the display part 11. These register names are pointed to automatically execute the registered set contents.
