Summary:PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of a deterioration detecting device and improve the protective function of a lightning-resistant horn. CONSTITUTION:The springy terminal 22 of a switch 20 is electrically connected to a fitting plate 16. A springy terminal 23 is electrically connected to a terminal board 25, and it is insulated from the fitting plate 16 by an insulating plate 21 and a insulator 24. Tip sections of the springy terminals 22, 23 are brought into pressure contact with each other. A terminal board 25 is electrically connected to a terminal metal 26 fitted to the ground side electrode 17b of a lightning-resistant horn 17. The lightning-resistant horn 17 and the fitting plate are electrically connected via springy terminals 22, 23 invariably. When the springy terminals 22, 23 are released while the electrodes 33, 34 of a deterioration detector 31 are brought into contact with the springy terminals 22, 23, voltage is generated between both terminals 22, 23, and the voltage is detected by the deterioration detector 31.
