Summary:PURPOSE:To make easy repetitive cleaning of an object possible by using a film essentially consisting of a resin which is swollen by water but is not dissipated by flow out, is hydrophilic and is solid at ordinary temp. in air and using the coating which is formed out of such film and is immobilized on the surface of the object. CONSTITUTION:This coating for easy removal of deposits is composed of the film consisting essentially of the resin which is swollen by water but is not dissipated by flow out, is hydrophilic and is solid at ordinary temp. in air. The coating is immobilized on the object surface. The resin is a resin having >=1.5 times expansion rate. The resin is also a resin having >=50% gel fraction and is a crosslinked resin. The functional groups to be used for crosslinking of the crosslinked resin are epoxy groups, isocyanate groups and double bonds. An epoxy crosslinking agent, isocyanate crosslinking agent or radiation crosslinking agent is used as the crosslinking agent. The resin is a resin having the polar functional groups or hydrophilic chains and has hydrophilicity of <=40 deg. recoding contact angle.
