CONSTITUTION:A kerosene fan heater for guiding the air in a room to a body 100 by a convection blower 200 to heat the air to warm air and to diffuse the warm air from a warm air diffuser to the room rotates the blower 200 at the highest power irrespective of a combustion amount if a temperature in a room is a set temperature or lower. The heater continues the operation while controlling the combustion of a burner 700 and an air flow rate of the blower 200 based on a difference between the temperature in the room and the set temperature after a predetermined time is elapsed. For example, when the temperature in the room is lower than the set temperature, the burner 70 becomes an intermediate combustion state, and the blower 200 is rotated in a full-wave manner. If the room temperature is the set temperature or higher, it is not necessary to operate the blower 200 in the full-wave manner.
