CONSTITUTION:This binder can be obtained by incorporating 100 pts.wt. of a mixture of straight asphalt 40-100 in rate of penetration and blown asphalt 10-50 in rate of penetration with (B) 1.0-5.0 pts.wt. of an extract from the lubricating oil fraction of petroleum.
