Summary: | PURPOSE:To prevent the packet communication system from turning to a high load state by repeatedly allocating a message buffer on the condition of lacking the message buffer in the case of packet communication. CONSTITUTION:When a message buffer 4 can not be allocated in a packet communication system 1, this is detected by an allocate monitor part 6, the timing of reallocation is delayed within a target transmission delay time value, and the release of the message buffer 4 is waited. During this waiting, a message buffer lack flag 5 is raised. When the message buffer 4 can not be allocated again, a connection release instruction part 10 cuts off the connection, and an optimum transmission delay time value is calculated by a transmission delay time value preserving and optimizing part 8. Then, the initial value of an initial target transmission delay time value setting file 7 is updated. |
