Summary: | PURPOSE:To dispense with a crimping metal for positioning and eliminate the crimping process by providing insulating cover peel sections with the prescribed length on lead wires, and inserting them into the slits of a holder from the side for the positioning of the lead wires when guiding the lead wires from a liquid container. CONSTITUTION:The holding member 20 of lead wires 9 is formed into a cylindrical shape, and it is liquid-tightly coupled and fixed on the inside of a lead wire guide hole 3 on the wall 1 of a liquid container. Insertion holes 7 of the lead wires 9 are provided on an inner wall body 22, a storage chamber 24 for storing the insulation peel sections 11 of the lead wires 9 are provided in the space surrounded by the wall body 22 and the outer periphery wall of the member 20, and a filler 17 is filled in it. A holder 30 stored in the storage chamber 24 is constituted of two positioning plates 32 separated from each other at the prescribed interval and a pillar 34 connected to them, each positioning plate 32 is formed into a cross shape, holes 38 to be inserted with the peel sections 11 are bored at the tip sections of cross-shaped four slender plate sections 36, and slits 40 are provided on the outside. The peel sections 11 are located in the holes 38 via the slits 40, and the lead wires 9 are positioned. |
