Summary: | PURPOSE:To enhance detection sensitivity of a constituent and to fully evaluate purification treatment characteristics by erasing the gohst peak of an elution pattern when evaluating the treatment characteristics in a purification process utilizing high-speed liquid chromatgraphy. CONSTITUTION:The title method for evaluating treatment characteristics in a purification treatment is provided by adopting distillation water or sodium tetraborate aqueous solution for the moving phase of high-speed liquid chromatography with a molecular sieve as a principle, achieving a low molecule convertion of the constituents contained in a sample according to the migration of molecular weight due to advance of a high purification process from the elution pattern of treatment water by the high-speed liquid chromatography in each kind of high purification process, and evaluating treatment characteristics in the purification process by analyzing the dynamic state of distribution of the molecular weight. The pH of the sodium tetraborate is 9.8. Also, the high purification treatment includes flocculation precipitation process, ozone treatment process, and activated carbon treatment process. |
