CONSTITUTION:In this abnormality monitoring device, contact sensors 2 to perceive that another person touches (a part of a vehicle V, and a motion picture camera 3 such as a video camera to take the picture of the other person by the perceiving of the contact sensors 2 are provided at adequate positions of the vehicle V. When another person touches a part of the vehicle V, the contact sensors perceive it, the motion picture camera 3 such as a video camera is operated, and the picture of the other man who is the offender is taken by the motion picture camera 3, and it is specified and recorded who is the offender by taking the picture of his face.
