Summary:PURPOSE:To provide the copper parts which have cooling holes of arbitrary shapes and have excellent cooling efficiency. CONSTITUTION:Grooves 3 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of a copper member 1 and steel pipes are disposed in these grooves 3. The assembly thereof is inserted into a copper cylindrical member 2 and is diffusion joined by a hot isotropic pressurization device, by which the members are integrated. The steel pipes 4 are thereafter removed in a sulfuric acid soln., by which the cooling holes are formed and the copper parts with the cooling holes are produced.
