Summary:PURPOSE:To make a design and a stripe-press line simultaneously on a plane sheet as a raw material of a recording medium storage case at the time of extrusion molding. CONSTITUTION:A groove or a hole 8 is formed in the body of a cylinder 10 which molds by extruding molten plastic a plane sheet as a raw material of a recording medium storage case. The base 22 of a stripe press blade 20 is inserted into the groove or the hole to be fixed there. In this way, the cylinder 10 can be easily equipped with a projection 12 for design making and others.
