Summary:PURPOSE:To eliminate generation of cyanogen compound by spraying soy sauce oil together with medium specified at a pressurized state and a ratio from a twin fluid spray nozzle and specifying a combustion gas temperature, oxygen in burnt exhaust gas and a resident time of the burnt gas in a furnace. CONSTITUTION:A twin fluid spray nozzle 2 for soy sauce oil and atomizing air and a diffuser 4 for burning air are opposed in a burner 3 arranged at an upper end of an incinerator 1 for constituting an upper half of an apparatus main body. On the other hand, a downcomer 6 for diffusing burnt gas of the incinerator 1 to a boiler liquid 7 is arranged in a liquid cooling tube 5 for constituting a lower half of the apparatus. The nozzle 2 is set at its bore of an injection hole to 4-1.0mm, atomizing air is pressurized to 2.0-8.0kg/cm -G, and used at a ratio of 0.3Nm -gas/liter/oil or more. Burning conditions are so set that, when the burnt gas temperature is 950 deg.C, oxygen in the burned exhaust gas becomes 3vol.% or more, and a resident time of the burnt gas in the incinerator 1 becomes 0.4 sec or more.
